Event Day Policy

Spectator Policy
  • Spectators MUST stay in patron area of seating of facility/stadium.
  • Spectators MUST adhere to ALL policies of facility/stadium.
  • Fighting is NOT allowed.
  • Obscene gestures towards spectators, staff, and players NOT allowed.
  • Verbal assault towards spectators, staff, and players NOT allowed. 
  • Spectators are REQUIRED to have verification of tickets and/or identification (ID) card present at check in area of facility/stadium. If tickets or ID card not present, spectators are REQUIRED to purchase tickets on site for entry into event. 
  • Spectators will not be allowed access to field/court area of play without a CTW-Sports pass. Court/field access is limited to sponsored spectators ONLY, unless authorized by CTW-Sports president. 
  • Any OBJECTION to the Come To Win-Sports spectator policy, can conclude in removal from the facility/stadium or arrest from Law Enforcement. 
  • Any OBJECTION to the venue site facility/stadium policy, can conclude in removal from the facility/stadium or arrest from Law Enforcement.
Sponsor Policy
  • Sponsors MUST stay in reserved spectator seating area of facility/stadium. Sponsors that have access to court/field for pre-game/game are REQUIRED to show Come To Win-Sports sponsorship pass, upon entry to court/field. If passes are not present, entry will NOT be allowed. Sponsors that do not have an access pass for game play are NOT allowed on court/field once tournament play has begun.
  • Sponsors MUST adhere to ALL policies of facility/stadium.

  • Sponsors are REQUIRED to show proof of identification (ID) at check in area of facility/stadium. Once proof of identification is shown, you will be escorted to the sponsorship reserved seating area. If no proof of identification (ID) is shown, spectator tickets will need to be purchased, unless approval of CTW-Sports president authorizes sponsorship entry. 
  • Any OBJECTION to the Come To Win-Sports spectator policy, can conclude in removal from the facility/stadium or arrest from Law Enforcement. 
  • Any OBJECTION to the venue site facility/stadium policy, can conclude in removal from the facility/stadium or arrest from Law Enforcement.
