Participant Refund Policy 

• Payments made toward tournament play are eligible for refund until the ending registration date for tournament sign up.

• Any refunds requested after the final day of tournament registration will not be granted.

• In the event of a team requesting to withdraw from tournament play, the refund request has to be within the beginning and ending registration period for a refund approval.

• Event ticket purchases are non-refundable.
